Good afternoon friends! Grateful for a day of intense and startling contrast after yesterday’s unremitting murk. Wind still harsh and cold, scattered bursts of rain still causing twinges in my joints, but sharp fine rays of sunlight broke through and honed every edge to a brilliant, hyperreal clarity.
Lethargy of cold laying heavy on me now, struggling with finding a balance of needful rest and pressing forward.
May we take time today to recognise and compassionately accept without judgement all the emotions flowing through us!
