Goodnight friends! Brushing up against 20°c. A sky of scattered blue and white, bright but not overwhelming. Pink and ochre and green and mixed together in the softly shifting canopies of sycamore-maples. Hooked pink columbine flowers, snares of vetch clambering and binding grass stems into palisades.
Felt refreshed and in less pain, maybe slept a bit better. Met up with a friend, the kind of relaxed and free-flowing hangout that leads to (carefully) demonstrating judo breakfalls and heckling a movie together. I may have overdone it on energy a little, harder to judge with diffuse and social activities. I don’t think I’ll regret it much if I have.
May we work to express ourselves with honesty and compassion today!
