Goodnight friends! Dreary still out, a cool and unfriendly wind shaking trees, stripping cherry blossom. Warmer and dryer today though – no hissing interludes of sudden rain, just a flitting sweep of grey and white. The fuzzy scent of nettles intensifying, ground elder and cow parsley swarming over winter’s bare earth.
Generally a little tired out and confused, sedated but without the extra buzzing distraction of invasive pain. Finished up as much of the kitchen inventory as I can think of for now, did a little drawing – doesn’t feel like progress, but treading water is something at least.
