Goodnight friends! A slightly misty but bright start, powdery blueish light and a warbling cascade of birdsong. First shining meadow buttercups on gangling stems and thrumming drone of insects. Slowly warmed up over the day to about 13°c, but a faint chill breeze continued and heavier clouds slid overhead. Evening clouds thinned back out a little, the sunset sky a broad, speckled wash of pale coral and violet.
Managed a few more hours sleep, woke up feeling clearer and more rested than usual. It was a chilly sensation of joint pain that woke me, but after a few hours getting myself attuned and stable I took a walk before the afternoon clouds settled in. My little ongoing research project is still engaging me, skipping back and forth between resting, reading, writing, drawing.
May we find a sense of balance and agency in our lives today!
