Goodnight friends! Heavier and wetter weather, though clouds are still mobile and frequently scattered, and the rain is likewise very light, sporadic and fitful. The scent is changing too, a tangier, more metallic taste in the air as water hits drier, more fecund and slightly warmer ground.
A much needed rest day after so much activity yesterday. Heavy heart in a tired and depleted body too, not the best combination, seems like more househunting disappointment. Still, I feel relatively safe and content, having the space and time available to me to take the days I need to recover is something I can cherish and be grateful for.
