Goodnight friends! Weather mostly stable, particoloured blue and silvery sky, moving slowly. Air still and a little humid, grass standing in close-packed silent rows, the only movement my clumsy wading steps and the flutter of pale fawn staw dot moths as they escaped. Very beautiful little weevils on the sheep’s sorrel, the colour of their finely ribbed backs as if the intense blue-green of verdigris was sparkly.

Awoken by intense, sizzling pain pulsing through my limbs, definitely not quite such a linear path to recovery as it seemed at first. Over the day though things did even out more though, body begane to feel manageable enough that I took a short, careful walk and picked away some more at small household tasks.

May we find renewed wonder and delight in the small movements of our everyday lives today!
