Goodnight friends! Clouds strewn widely across the sky in high flat formations, furrows and soft polka dot dapples gently brushed by the apricot light of afternoon. Much warmer, nearly 5°c, all the spiky frost crenellations dissolved and things returning to their full range of colour. A young fox shadowed me through the graveyard, feeling me out with extraordinary delicacy, taking turns following and leading until we found a mutually agreeable distance of about 2.5 metres, each just seeing what the other was doing.

Lethargic and recovering a little from social fatigue, couldn’t repeat the simple fear of gathering the strength to step outside before lunch. Generally today’s feeling was fairly content, the way I’m pacing myself has been more adventurous and seesaw fashion recently, maybe a little reckless, but emotionally and physically I think I feel more fulfilled. The real sore spot is still insomnia, as it has been for most of this autumn and winter so far.

May we grow in our tools and methods of communication today, and work to express ourselves amd understand each other more fully!
