Goodnight friends! Very wet and gloomy, sky one great thumbprint smear of sodden grey. Rain mostly a constant prickle of fine hazy drizzle half-way to fog, occasionally whipped by gusts into brief lashing squalls. Spiderweb nets in the grass strung with countless tiny pearls, black blots of tar spot on sycamore leaves shining like hungry eyes.

A fairly tiring day, but happy and cozy, hosting siblings for a few hours to celebrate a family birthday. I have to get up a little early to take my trial medication, so fortunately I had a few hours to take care of myself before people came over. If I’d left it til later I doubt I’d have had enough energy left over. As it was the afternoon and evening became mostly a heavy blank space.

May we meet each other with acceptance and understanding today!
