Goodnight friends! Warm, nearing 25°c from time to time and a little close. Clouds in neat ranks and tumbling columns of tidy little cumulus cotton buds. Sycamore leaves beginning to fall, half yallowed, and a few stray ornamental cherry leaves orange among the green.
Mostly a recovery day, helped out by my girlfriend. Needing to take things pretty slow after even a significantly lighter judo session, not totally sure if I can cope with two in one week. Only time can tell really. Mostly basking and lounging around and a very short walk, discomforted by muscular aches and pains.
May we find our senses refreshed and reawakened to moments of everyday beauty around us today!
