Goodnight friends! Still a mild, pleasant temperature but the sky darkened to a palely gleaming pewtery grey over the morning and the bustling wind had a stony taste of far-off rain. The soft black hooves of ash trees are splitting into berry-like clusters of tiny purple buds, while the first glory of the magnolias is already fading, lawns and pavements festooned with plump finger-length white and pink petals, tips brown and curled as if singed by their candleflames.

Mind felt soggy and scattered again as twinges of pain and fatigue laid a little heavier, and I felt like there was no particular project or direction I can easily set my mind to for a pleasant distraction.

May we find peaceful space and time to processes, lesnr from and integrate our feelings and experiences today!
