Goodnight friends! Feeling gradually looser and more energetic as the temperature creeps back up towards 10°c and I take more days slowly for a while. Keeping Benjy active with a walk through the woods and around the reservoir, a little uncommitted drawing, staying as warm as I can.
Broadly somewhat overcast still, clouds thin and high, scattering readily in drier, less sticky-feeling air, clearing out more and more towards evening. Weeping willows green and quivering like emerald chandeliers, broad dog’s-tongue leaves of dock wagging languidly.
May we allow ourselves to abstain from vigilance and constant judgement today, letting sensations and emotions to simply pass on gently!
