Goodnight friends! Mild, if a little blustery, and bright all day with long, low cigars of tumbling cumulus cloud streaming by above meadows where the dark oblong teetering silhouette of a buzzard twists high up on the wind. Months after my yearly confusion the hawthorn trees, now flushed with verdant foliage, are beginning to bud. Oaks are coming to life, sprinkled with budding leaves and trailing green catkins.
Very weak, an empty drained feeling and inability to focus for most of the day, pain a dull drill boring through my thoughts. Did my best to stay loose and relaxed, doing tiny amounts of what usual activities I could, letting things float by to avoid floudering deeper.
May we find hope and healing today!
