Goodnight friends! Temperature slumping down to around 12-13°c, a flickeringly bright but mostly overcast sky and a slightly clammy feeling of humidity. Even some very slight spotting of drizzle in the late afternoon. A change definitely setting in now. Still, the unstoppable stems of fireweed are sprouting. Hawthorns will bloom soon, bluebells multiply day by day, deep purple dog violets and herb-robert with its pink circus stripes are coming up.
A similar middling level of energy with rapid onset of fatigue and somewhat elevated pain levels. Abbreviated my walk and had a quiet hangout with a friend that nonetheless wore me out pretty fast. Overall though, managed to achieve more than I was worried would be my limit, without ending up totally exhausted. A success for pacing and adapting.
May we find relationships that allow us to share vulnerability, trust and openness today!
