Goodnight friends! The kind of day where rain never exactly starts or stops, or seems to really fall per se, but condenses constantly out of the wet air at varying rates. A brief flashing sliver of sunlight in the late afternoon, but otherwise very grey and dreary. Last brave showings of herb-roberts and other pink crane’s-bills, a burst of effort from between paving slabs and beneath fences.
Slept very badly, atmosphere going from muggy to frigid-feeling pretty fast not helping at all, hard to find a comfortable position or temperature even besides the damp. A little bit of writing, but mostly feeling a little drained and useless.
May we take time to reflect and listen, helping us find deeper clarity amd understanding today!
