Goodnight friends! Thankfully no rain today, and even passages of pale citrine light, clouds piled and frothy. Haw berries deepening from scarlet to crimson, rosehips swelling, mats of still-green fallen ash leaves line softened earth tracks between the puddles.
Pain receding, but still deflated and lethargic. Mood wobbling slightly as I’m starting to feel that annual change I experience as we come into the colder months, fatigue more insistent and setting on quicker, cognition and focus unravelling slightly.
May we find a sense of tranquility and unforced slowness today!
