Goodnight friends! Sun bare and blazing, a white lance piercing the trees. Long scaly aspen catkins flicking back and forth in the wind, beginning to open and reveal the downy plumes within. Deep hum from dark plump solitary bumblebees scanning through the grass for good digging spots, while slender pale brown bees nuzzle into blackthorn blossoms made aromatic by warmth on their petals. Temeperature dopped fast and rain returned after dark in brief popcorn squalls.

Another day were it felt not so much urgent as generous and sensible not to do to much, preserving some energy and not being too harsh on myself. Planning to visit a stately home, with my girlfriend tomorrow, celebrating the anniversary of our first outing together.

May we find and offer to each other nurture and support today!
