Goodnight friends! Stuffy and overcast, grass glitteringly damp in shady nooks from overnight rain, and a definite squeezing sense of more coming. 16°c not feeling quite so pleasant as it might with the soggy, bloated feeling in the air. Lots of new little flowers springing up in corners and cracked paving stones, henbits and chickweeds and miner’s lettuce with its stalky starburst of heart-shaped leaves and little white flowers.
A fun but low-key day, feeling fatigued but not overbearingly so, some drawing and writing and housework I pecked away at in small portions.
May we open ourselves and our senses afresh to find new delight in reencountering our familiar lives today!
