Goodnight friends! A patchwork of greys and a drizzly morning, gradually pulled apart and opened up by a somewhat fresher breezier afternoon, though a muggy feeling persisted all day.

A successful, if somewhat tiring small outing was accomplished, to a local disability festival in town. There was a lot to explore. We got mehndi done, did some craft stall shopping and gentle bodywork meditation, petted an alpaca. It was lovely spending a low key afternoon exploring an event together.

May we find a deeper and more compassionate connection to our bodies today!

Photo of an alpaca standing on pavement, freshly shorn with stripes like those of a newly-cut lawn along its short creamy fur, wearing a leash hanging from a halter and a blue bandana around the base of its long slender neck.
