Goodnight friends! Clouds and humidity returned overnight, not nearly so dramatically clear and blazing. Around 20°c for almost the whole day, kept from feeling too damp by a consistent breeze that shook branches weighed down by swelling wild apples and wind-furrowed banks of low white cloud.
A little disappointing that all my recent aches and pains reasserted themselves as soon as the cloudy skies did. Meandering still and struggling to pace myself in a way that feels really effective. A long walk, some stretches, and I felt fairly thoroughly exhausted for the day.
May we find purpose and ambitions that nurture and sustain our best selves today!
