Goodnight friends! After a rainy night we had a similarly grey and clammy feeling morning, cloud still dense and low. Fortunately after lunch things brightened up considerably as a cold breeze split the heavy cumulus into sharp-edged ramparts. The sun and the pale swelling moon rising opposite each other, high and stark in wide swathes of azure. Daffodils still quivering and nodding, doubly bowed under the visiting weight of a huge dark bumblebee seeming the length of my thumb, maybe a queen preparing to dig a new nest.

Lethargic and treacley feeling of dazed exhaustion again, poor sleep and monotonous, grinding pain that only slowly let up over the day. Scraping together scraps of creative energy, making little bits of hopeful progress in places, but still mainly trying to navigate a slight dip with caution and patience.

May we find space to understand, accept and address our emotions without judgement today!
