Goodnight friends! The roar and rush of storm Darragh is everywhere. Constant throbbing tidal swash of wind, strange buzzing tremors and rattling from the windows. Frequent whoop and scream of sirens as ambulances speed past. The sky a flurrying patchwork, mostly grey, sometimes shot through with white or dim violet or maroon. Surprisingly little rain, constantly falling but only in loosely scattered droplets, as if too blown about to actually manage to fall.

Very little energy or activity today, pain in my joints grinding constantly, and a broad sleepless exhaustion from yesterday’s outing. Muddling along, feeling very grateful to have help and an environment set up to support me manage on rough days.

May we feel and share with each other a sense of welcome, safety and inclusion today!
