Goodnight friends! A dramatic change from the warmer and brighter, around 10°c and broad swathes of blue with ribcage clouds. Driving down to another city for the big party, a long oily plume of smoke from a warehouse fire swallowed the road in temporary twilight just as the sun began to drop towards true sunset.
A hectic, exhausting, complicated, clumsy fun time at the party, my body starting to give out – trembling and shivering, twitching with the short circuits of sudden intense aches – well before my mind began to lapse into dreamy confusion.
