Goodnight friends! Sky more cloud-dappled and a touch cooler, still summery but with the vague hint of a different texture to the breeze, harder and rougher edged. Evenings are still long and slow and sweet, quietly luminous, full of the slow whispering of linden leaves. The crisp, ivory-pale leaves of dead wild grasses coil and tremble.

My girlfriend slept over, so a lovely relaxing start to the day with breakfast together in bed, reading and writing together for a while. Drawing a bit again after lunch
Following this fleeting creative spark while I have it can be a bit disruptive to my routine recently, since my energy levels are still not ideal and my hours in the day are very limited.

May we find a sense of balance and continuity in our lives today!
