Goodnight friends! Feeling a little cooler, most of the day still bright but passing into shadow brought a faint shivery sensation like passing into a cave. Bees still busy with orange saddlebags of pollen among cyclamen and mint flowers, and a few mirage-streaks of damselflies. Dry orange drifts cling to the shaggy bases of linden trunks. The effect more-or-less is of summer edged in gold.
Making progress with things in a sort of scattershot way, not a lot of focus, but a round of several small activities – drawing, household tasks, stretching – with rest between. More alert and more satisfied.
