Goodnight friends! A return to bright, sharp summer feeling, a balmy 24°c and flitting clouds are edged with flame. Hotspots flare and shudder in the inky shadows of trees ruffled by a sweet grassy breeze.
Energy a bit more stable, mood and pain control much improved. A gentle all-day date with my girlfriend, sitting out on the grass together, cooking and eating and taking care of each other, a healing, refreshing day.
