Goodnight friends! Blue to be seen again, raggedly polka dotted between sheets of pale grey. The plucking wind that tore the clouds open also brought a dip in temperature, though still feeling mild and generous, consistently around 14°c. Pinprick of colour everywhere in the grass, rapidfire warbles of blackbirds and throaty groak-groaks of magpies in the trees, some still blossomy while the first flushes of green are on the silver birches.
Feeling more incremental progress, less dizzy and able to get up and move sooner, although energy and motivation are still draining fairly quickly. I’m feeling a creative impulse at least, but very low on follow-through beyond basic necessities and keeping everything ticking over. Giving things time.
May we find time and space to address, lovingly accept and process our feelings of grief and difficulty today!
