Goodnight friends! Utterly exhausted for a lot of the day, knees feeling filled with half-molten lead shot, little random electric jabs of pain dancing through me. Fatigue from a very densely packed few days catching up. My mood remained pretty buoyant though, partly because of how long it took this crash to come, and how having predicted it and set up my circumstances to manage it, I feel confident in being able to weather it. Partly as well because of the degree of support from my loved ones and community I feel.
Not sure what the weather was except chill and damp feeling, thickly grey and dim whenever I looked outside. Walking not very reliable today, so vague grey splashes of demoralised light on the walls are most of what I saw of the world outside.
