Goodnight friends! Even in the gaps between showers and drizzles and slow spatters of rain the air feel saturated, cold specks of spray seeming to condense onto my face with every step. Not much definition to the low, sour grey clouds, diffusing the light to a watery flat grey. Mushrooms bubble up in a giddy profusion, all the glossy brown and creamy shades of caramel.
Restless pain flitting between joints, not severe but giving me stabs of jittery caution, another layer of fatigue. Tryig to do little bits of everything with gaps between, some desultory drawing, some household tasks, some stretching and movement, partly just so my body stays used to all of it.
May we open ourselves to new ideas and work to discard unexamined prejudices today!
