Goodnight friends! Flipped back over like a switch to bright mild weather, pale blue sky threaded with contrails and feathery cirrus, a balmy 18°c. Fox-and-cubs and other hawksbeards having their last gallant blaze of brilliance, more swaying orange and yellow antennae interspersed with puffball seedheads. Beech hedges and the winding crowns of sycamores beginning to yellow in earnest, elegaic in the afternoon light.
Cobwebs of lethargy and lingering pain clinging, especially hard to shift when I’m still sleeping badly. Feeling pretty muddled and slow, but energy levels not too bad overall. Some household stuff, not much drawing ability, easily distracted and frustrated.
May we find a sense of tranquility and acceptance today!
