Goodnight friends! Around 15°c, feeling a little warmer and much more humid beneath swirling pale grey skies. Wildflowers stir and flash beneath a damp breeze. Several rain showers, some brief, others pattering on for a few hours, not forceful but persistent.
A lovely little daytrip outing for swimming and lunch, taking advantage of the bank holiday. A nice therapeutic antidote to all the walking yesterday, and the pains in my joints from the rain. Definitely some fatigue lingering from being active, and sleep is still poor, but all in all feeling refreshed, at least mentally.
May we find time and space for stillness and reflection today!
