Goodnight friends! Continuing ashen grey skies and the kind of very faint, clinging webby mist that constantly urges me to try to blink and clear my eyes just one more time. About 8°c and fairly still, but feeling colder in the clammy air. Scrappy yellow flowers on the straggling winter jasmines, chartreuse-green leaves unfurling on hawthorn hedges and drooping matrimony vines.

Much more mobile and together-feeling, though I used up my stamina pretty early on in the day by taking a walk before lunch, so a few long, slightly blurry periods in the afternoon while I did my best to pace things out, carefully, waiting for enough energy and will to take on eating or doing some stretches. Deep ache of damp and cold sapping my focus and redoubling the malaise that comes with fatigue.

May we address each other, and ourselves with honesty, compassion and respect today!
