Goodnight friends! A slightly grey morning, but by midday we had a full preview of spring, 15°c with white popcorn clouds in neat polkadot swathes across an agate blue sky. Hawthorn leaves shyly unfurling from their tightly packed rosettes. Heavy, pungent perfume of hyacinths mingling with the scent of slowly drying soil, tubular purple-tippled flowers separating ro reveal their vivid azure bases. More huge bees, bouncing back and forth among the cherry-plum blossoms.

Sleep improving, and leaden malaise dispelled a little by the warm weather. Needing some substantial rest between activities still, but I took a fairly long walk and went through my full stretching routine without much trouble. Thinking is more clear too, but focus and task management still wavering pretty wildly.

May we find renewed joy and wonder at the sensations of the everyday world around us today!
