Goodnight friends! Mostly grey and still and faintly clammily mild, the sun just about breaking through at times with a smeared rainbow corona of clouds. White platforms of cow-parsely are collapsing, fallng to seed, leaves hanging and fading to white.
Pain more manageable, but still enough to disrupt my sleep and leave my thoughts scattered and drifting vaguely from time to time. Just about enough focus to watch a short episode of TV fortunately. Got in a few stretches as well, first time in a little while I’m felt alive enough to attempt anything physical.
May we find a sense of tranquility and balance today!
