Goodnight friends! Warm throughout, an even 21°c that changed character from pale dewy morning stickiness beneath a colourless sky to a dry, blazing afternoon. The woods ans meadows were radiant in.the bright afternoon, suffused by an emerald glow shot through with threads of gold.
Exercise day again, feeling in much better condition, I tink partly due to not pushing myself much on more achey days. Used up a lot of what I had to give, but was able to get through a full half our of activity in one shot, and was able to take a brief walk in the afternoon too
May we grant ourselves forgiveness and acceptance when we waver and stumble today, recognising the naturalness nd inevitability of imperfection!
