Goodnight friends! 22°c and with largely overcast skies, a slimy and opressive feeling to the air, humidity often over 90%. Every so often a prolonged slash of sunlit blue or a slight cool breeze and sigh of releasing tension when light patters of drizzle fell, but mostly still and hot. Birds hushed, sedated gatekeeper butterflies struggling to find enough momentum to lift off from bristly purple knapweed.
A deep, persistent ache to start the day again, and those enervating washes of pain came over me again and again, limiting my mobility and my energy severely. Eased up gradually in the late afternoon and evening enough for me to do a very small bit of writing, so hopefully things are on an upward trend.
