Goodnight friends! Time seemed slow and liquid today, in tune with my dazed, spacy feeling of moderate post-exertion fatigue. Sky the smearing greasy pale grey colour of a charcoal smudge, full of a misty haze of reluctant damp too indecisive to coalesce into raindrops heavy enough to fall. Instead they faintly veil treetops and burst minutely, tiny cold prickles, against my skin. After dark a slow, uncertain clatter began to sound against the windows.
Idly grazing and pottering around when I have energy, and otherwise mostly decompressing still, feeling fairly tranquil except for the hot-cold electric blaze of pain in my joints from the damp.
May we find space and time for exploration of what most deeply brings us joy, pleasure and contentment today!
