Goodnight friends! Warmer again, but not feeling it, a harsh wind, not blustery but a constant, chill driving clammy pressure that milled away at my skin. Thick, hot sweetish scent of burning leaves a confusing phantom on the thin cold air. Heavy blueish grey clouds roil and sweep and smear.
Not much happening for me, moving slow and achey, losing track of time easily as the pressure drops and sky darkens. I did get some household jobs done, food prep and laundry, but they took a lot out of me. A bit more pacing discipline will be important tomorrow. Fortunately after my midweek exertions I’ll have a nice low key few days for the rest of the week.
May we find the courage and determination to fully face disquieting truths, and the compassion and understanding to learn and grow from confronting them today!
