Goodnight friends! A turn for the chillier and drier, a rough snappy feeling to the air as wind lashed at tattered clouds, fronts of solid low-slung grey kept at bay temporarily. Light and shadow falling in tousled procession from trembling trees, enough colour and clarity to easily pick out the stubborn incised leaves of creeping buttercup among the moss.
Managed to get started and out across little earlier, although the general dizzy malaise of pain and insomnia persists. Moderate exertion hits pretty hard, so the afternoon was a pretty sluggish affair of pottering around – little bits of attempted creative work and household tasks. Losing steam at everything pretty fast, but small steps hopefully coming together to count for something, bit by bit.
May we find a sense of continuity, growth and progress in our lives today!
