Goodnight friends! No rain, but a constant faint blur of mist floating around the edges of a flat, dim whitish sky today. Just about the same temperature as yesterday but unsurprisingly feeling somewhat clammier, almost muggy at times.
Still resting quite strictly, not stretching, not standing more than I can help, moving between rooms without a cautious rest period. Tomorrow is the first day I’ve been considering taking a few steps outdoors, but I’ll play it by ear at the time. Feeling fairly hopeful this evening. As the day has gone on the opressive nausea and dizziness of the last few days seems to be ebbing, as well as the periods of dramatic temperature dysregulation that have scrambled my sleep. Seems like a pretty positive sign that my body is starting to normalise inputs better.
May we find patience, forethought and calm in our lives today!
