Goodnight friends! Pale blue skies and softly blustering, clearing breezes, a caressing touch of sunwarmth across my shoulders. At last it feels like full summer again, although there are still those hints of dank scents on the wind, of cold sodden earth and fetid fungal hollows. For now though crickets chirp and tick and drone, and scatter before me in long grass like a popping, chaotic wave, making dry brown grass dance and shudder.
Despite some poor sleep the weather and the swift return of my creative drive had me feeling in good fettle. It was a bit of a shock to have to return all of a sudden to exercising through the heat, but with a few pauses and some gasping I made it through, and felt entitled to mainly recuperate and relax for the rest of the day.
May we find a greater sense of confidence and independence to experiment and explore new ways of being and doing today!
