Goodnight friends! A thicker, smokier grey sky today, no lancing sunlight or arcs of rainbow. Interludes of fine floaty rainfall again, and a sweaty, breathless atmosphere, air velvety with the hum of thirsty foliage.
Felt fresh in the morning so went fairly full tilt at a workout, but it hit me hard for the rest of the da – I think I’ve burned mysllf out somewhat by stoking embers of the malaise that dragged through the weekend. Pangs of joint pain on and off through the day.
