Goodnight friends! Spectacularly bright morning, every colour magnified. Yellow leaves fluttering crisply on a cool breeze against a cloudless azure sky, drifts below stirring on the grass like bands of restless flame. Below 10°c until clouds began to gather in the early afternoon, congealing rapidly into a pasty grey. The whole complection of the day shifted over a half hour or so, and spates of fine drizzle gradually thickened into a determined whispery rain.
A lot of today swallowed in an underwater slowness, recovering from the doctor interview. My thinking lethargic and scattered, not much ability to focus or complete simple tasks.
May we find ways to remain embodied, engaged and mindfully aware with the present moment today!
