Goodnight friends! Already my ambitions of early sleeping and rising are falling by the wayside again, I think I might need to go back to setting a fairly stern alarm if I want to commit to changing my habits. A difficult test today in particular with all kinds of interesting ideas and wonderful conversations set beside spates of muffling grey rain, sapping me of energy to engage in what I wanted to when I wanted, leaving me pursuing those unfulfilled urges until I breezed right past midnight.
Cooler and greyer today, with fitful gusts clearing momentary slitted azure windows in the clouds. Saplings and ambitiois cow parsley stretch up past shoulder height, scarlet enamel brooch ladybirds hang like jewelled pendants on the blue-green leaves of stinging nettles.
May we find a sense of stable tranquility and balance in our lives today!
