Goodnight friends! Around 16°c, warmer but still feeling even and cool. A little damp in the air but no heavy or constricting sensation of pressure. Thanks to fairly sandy soil and hours of diffuse sunlight through layers of high wispy cloud the earth was dry by the time I got outside in the afternoon, though the taste on the breeze is still pungent and half-mineral. Speckles of deep purple selfheal among the grass, tight-packed pinkish white umbels of budding hogweed flowers.
Another shuffling step forward, pain intermittently ebbing, able to feel a wider range of sensation generally and eat without lapsing into total exhaustion. A positive sense of slight impatience and boredom too, my body starting to tell me the potential for focus and motion and creativity might be not too far off.
May we grant each other, and ourselves, grace and acceptance when we stumble today!
