Goodnight friends! Wet and ashen grey, colours smothered by fine, persistent whispery rain. Planes flying overhead half-real between curtains of wet misty cloud. A white-crowned coot broody and onyx-beaded by rain on a nest of speckled ivory eggs.
Very drained. A lot of joint pain and suffocating tight-cinched feeling of deep fatigue in my chest. Moving slow, not feeling steady or able to think well. Aiming to balance remaining active enough to keep my body working well while not overtaxing myself, which feels like a bit of a tightrope at the moment.
