Goodnight friends! An accelerated continuation from the signs of clearing yesterday evening. Dry warmth swelling dramatically, a pale blue 27°c in the afternoon. Flight day for yellow meadow ants, seething up from their nests like windblown seeds, clumsy with new rainbow-sheen wings. Above a flashing, wheeling circus of gulls and other birds seemed waiting to snatch them out of the air.

Fresher and more energetic, got a long slow walk and some nice stretches in, although pain is lingering a bit too much to have a full-feeling day with space or attention for creativity.

May we open ourselves to curiosity and discovery today!
