Goodnight friends! Wind picked up overnight again, and while it hasn’t been so ferocious today, there are still blisteringly cold gusts that bring the felt temperature well below the 7°c or so the thermometer claimed. There was also scoured azure sky with no more than a token scattering of almost comical wisp-edged cotton ball clouds. Oak twigs are knobbly-jointed with glossy rust red buds, robins burble among cypress and hawthorn hedges. A broad pale creamy yellow aura of sunset glow spread across the western horizon.
Feeling a little better after a very still, consciously restful day. Trying to diffuse the slow buildup of fatigue from doing just slightly too much on several consecutive days – useful tasks for the longer term that needed doing, but that have an inevitable cost in the here and now.
May we build a sense of coherence and clarity in our lives today!
