Goodnight friends! Growing colder again, fairly quickly overnight, around 2°c and dipping. Some threats of sleet muddled in with the swells of foggy prickling drizzle. Chill, almost metallic scent of wet earth partly smothering the thick sour odours of decay. Morose, half-snuffed swathes of white and lilac and deep purple pointed crocus buds on their white stems stand in patient sodden huddles.

Got to bed a bit earlier, but pain and chill half-woke me a few times. Mentally dull-feeling and creaky and sore in my joints. Not too difficult to get through most of my basic, bare minimum daily tasks but too run down to do much beyond that, or work creatively. Aiming for patience amd a steady sustainable pace, trying to set myself up for better days with things to look forward to.

May we treat each other with care, openness and curiosity today!
