Goodnight friends! A gloomy, drizzly morning that slowly dried out without ever really clearing, patchwork layers of pale lilac grey sliding across each other. Warmer but not feeling it by much for most of the day, gusty wet winds remaining bitterly cold. Polkadot splatters of white globular snowberries and cartoon purple beautyberries lurid in grey hedgerows.
Another very slow and drifting day, unsteady on my feet with a stubborn creaky pain infiltrating my joints. Fortunately I was able to stay over at my girlfriend’s place for much of it, much easier to loaf around in good company, sandwiched between her and her dog.
May we find space for puroposeless idleness and tranquility in our lives today!
