Goodnight friends! An irregular type of day, a fun and unusual type of outing for me. Out after dark with my girlfriend and a couple we know with their kid to a kind of lightshow trail at the botanical gardens, all kinds of lasers and coloured spotlights and pepper’s ghost gadgets among the trees. It was a delightful thing to take in with the perspective of a small child, who proclaimed it with perfect frank sincerity ‘the best thing ever.’
Fortunately fairer weather today generally, not too cold still and though the fair start clouded over and there were spatterings of rain through the evening there was nothing too severe until after we got home. Now, cosy in bed, I can hear the menacing oceanic roar and rattle against the window as storm Darragh swella.
May we grant each other, and ourselves, acceptance and forgiveness today!
